Shipping policy

Deliveries for orders within Trinidad are completed within 2-3 business days from the time order was received.

Please ensure you provide the exact delivery address/ contact information at the checkout process as to avoid delays.

Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to ensure you are available to collect delivery on the scheduled date.

Failed delivery attempts on two consecutive occasions will result in automatic cancellation of an order.

 

Deliveries to Tobago are done within 2-4 business days within initial order being placed and become available for collection at Summit Services Limited | 124 Canan, Tobago | Tel # 1-868-631-8640(Upstairs penny Savers).

Orders left at the counter for more than 3 business days will be automatically returned to Trinidad at a shipping cost which will be attached to your subsequent order. 

We will not ship an order to our Tobago counter for clients who have previously left orders to be returned to Trinidad without accepting advance payment in full for future orders.
